Round Table Layout

  • 16 round banquet tables, seating 6–8 guests per table
  • 4 eight-foot banquet tables for food, drinks, buffet service, or bar setup

Rectangular Table Layout

  • 20 eight-foot banquet tables for guest seating (6–8 guests per table)
  • 4 eight-foot banquet tables for food, drinks, buffet service, or bar setup

💡 Long Weekend Advantage

Our 20×80 High Peak Frame Tent comes with up to 3 full days of rental:

  • Thursday: We install the tent.
  • Friday: The tent is fully yours giving you a full day to start setting up decorations, seating, catering stations, rehearsal dinners, etc.
  • Saturday: Your main event day. Enjoy a beautifully installed, spacious tent ready for your guests.
  • Sunday: Enjoy another day or take your time cleaning up.
  • Monday: We will return to take down the tent.

This is a sample schedule for a typical rental. You may select any 3 days of the week that best suit your event. If you require the tent for additional days, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee — please call us to discuss your needs.


🏗️ Tent Configuration

This 20x80 setup consists of five (4) 20x20 High Peak Frame Tents installed side-by-side and seamlessly connected using a professional gutter system. The gutter system prevents rainwater from dripping between tents, keeping the interior clean and dry.

The gutters are constructed from the same white vinyl as the tent tops and wrap neatly around the valance for a clean, cohesive appearance. Their subtle curved design directs water outward and away from the tent, maintaining both function and visual appeal.

Because this tent is modular, it offers exceptional flexibility to suit your property and event layout. Tents may be arranged in:

  • A straight line
  • L-shape
  • T-shape
  • Or separated into multiple locations across the same property

You may choose to combine all four tents, split them into smaller groupings, or place individual tents in different areas.
As long as everything is on the same property and we have clear access for delivery and installation, we’ll accommodate your layout — at no additional charge.


🌱 Installation on Grass

  • Anchored using 42” steel tent stakes (driven approximately 38” into the ground)
  • You must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week in advance to have underground lines marked
  • If staking is not permitted due to utilities or irrigation systems, concrete weights are required

👉  PLEASE NOTE:  🧱  INSTALLATION ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT 
If concrete weights are required, please contact us directly at 410-500-8484 prior to booking. We will need additional information about the installation location, including surface type, accessibility to the tent area, and any site-specific rules or restrictions, in order to provide an accurate cost estimate.


⚙️ Tent Set-Up Logistics

  • Tents are typically installed 1 to 5 days prior to your event (weather and schedule permitting)
  • Some installations may occur the morning of your event
  • Weather conditions are monitored daily and may affect scheduling — your quoted price remains unchanged

📐 Tent Site Requirements

  • level 40' x 100' area free of obstacles is required for a standard straight-line 20x100 setup
  • Each 20' x 20' tent section requires a minimum 40' x 40' footprint to allow space for safe anchoring and proper installation
  • For all configurations, please ensure at least 10 feet of clearance on all sides to accommodate tent jacks and our setup crew

🚚 Site Access Details

Please let us know where our truck or van can park relative to the tent location. If there are hills, steps, narrow access points, or long distances, be sure to mention them in advance. Our crew uses carts and hand trucks to transport equipment.


⚠️ MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED
If we’re driving stakes into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before your event. It’s a free service in Maryland. Please visit www.missutility.net  or call 811 to schedule.

💬 Important: Failure to contact MISS UTILITY, or having improperly marked underground areas, may result in damage to utilities. Customers are responsible for any repair costs — this is a required safety step for all tent installations.


🚚 Delivery Fee Required

The tent rental price does not include delivery.
