💡 Long Weekend Advantage

Our 20×40 High Peak Frame Tent comes with up to 3 full days of rental:

  • Thursday: We install the tent.
  • Friday: The tent is fully yours giving you a full day to start setting up decorations, seating, catering stations, rehearsal dinners, etc.
  • Saturday: Your main event day. Enjoy a beautifully installed, spacious tent ready for your guests.
  • Sunday: Enjoy another day or take your time cleaning up.
  • Monday: We will return to take down the tent.

This is a sample schedule for a typical rental. You may select any 3 days of the week that best suit your event. If you require the tent for additional days, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee — please call us to discuss your needs.


🏗️  Tent Configuration – 20x40 Setup

Our 20x40 setup is created by installing two (2) 20x20 High Peak Frame Tents side by side. These tents are seamlessly connected using a professional gutter system that prevents rainwater from dripping between them, keeping the interior clean and dry. The gutter system is made from the same white vinyl as the tent tops and wraps neatly around the valance for a clean, polished appearance. Its subtle curved design helps direct water outward and away from the tent for added protection and function.

The modular design of these tents allows for flexible placement to suit your space and needs. While the standard 20x40 setup has the two tents installed side by side, they can also be set up separately in different areas of your property. Whether you need them together or apart, we’re happy to accommodate — as long as both tents are on the same property and we have clear access for delivery and installation, there’s no additional charge for your preferred layout.



🌱  Installation on Grass

We use heavy-duty 42” tent stakes, inserted approximately 38” into the ground for maximum security.
You must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week prior to your event. This free service ensures safe digging by marking underground utilities. If this step is skipped and damage occurs, you will be held responsible as outlined in your rental agreement.

⚠️ If tent stakes are not allowed due to utilities or site restrictions, you must select concrete tent weights instead. Please choose this option below when booking.


🧱  Installation on Concrete or Asphalt

Tents installed on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) require concrete tent weights, as stakes cannot be used.
👉 Please make the appropriate anchoring selection during checkout.


⚙️  Tent Set-Up Logistics

We typically schedule installation 1 to 4 days prior to your event, depending on weather and other logistics.
In some cases, we may install the tent on the day of your event.
Weather conditions are a major factor in our scheduling process. We adjust set-up and take-down plans daily to ensure a smooth and safe installation — at no additional cost to you.


📐  Tent Site Requirements

  • You’ll need a 40’ x 60’ level and obstacle-free space for this tent.
  • Provide clear access instructions — including where our van or box truck can park near the setup location.
  • Please notify us if there are hills or stairs, as we use hand trucks and carts to transport all tent equipment, including poles, tops, and jacks.

⚠️  MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED

If tent stakes are being driven into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before installation.
Visit www.missutility.net or call 811 to schedule your free underground utility marking.
💬 You are responsible for completing this step. Any damage to utilities due to unmarked lines will be your responsibility, per the rental agreement. A waiver will be provided after booking.


🚚  Delivery Fee Required

Please note that the delivery fee is not included in the tent rental price.
