Most customers use our flexible 3-day structure like this sample:
- Thursday: We install the tent.
- Friday: The tent is fully yours to prepare for your event.
- Saturday: Main event day.
- Sunday: Enjoy another day or clean up at your pace.
- Monday: We return for takedown.
You may choose any 3 consecutive days that fit your event schedule.
Additional days are available for a small fee — just contact us.
🌱 Grass Installation (Most Common for Backyard Events)
- 36” stakes are driven approximately 30” into the ground for proper anchoring.
- You are required by law to contact MISS UTILITY (811) at least one week prior to installation.
- This free service marks underground utilities and protects you from liability.
If MISS UTILITY cannot clear the area due to underground systems (gas, irrigation, septic, etc.), concrete weights are required.

If your tent is being installed on:
- Driveways
- Patios
- Parking lots
- Wood deck or platform
- Concrete or Asphalt
Concrete tent weights are required in place of stakes.

📐 Space Requirements
To safely install a 15x15 high peak tent, we require:
- Minimum 25’ x 25’ level space
- Clear access path from truck to setup area
- Notification of hills, stairs, or tight access points
We transport all equipment using carts and hand trucks. Advance notice helps us plan properly.
⚙️ Tent Installation Timing
We typically install tents 1–4 days before your rental period begins, depending on weather and route efficiency.
Occasionally, installation may occur on event day (weather dependent).
This scheduling flexibility does not affect your quoted rental price.
