You can schedule your event online year-round — ideal for weddings, graduations, milestone celebrations, corporate events, large backyard parties, and extended guest lists that require dependable, elegant shelter.

- 4 round 60” banquet tables (6–8 guests per table; 6 recommended for comfort)
- 2 eight-foot banquet tables for catering, food service, gifts, etc.

💡 Long Weekend Advantage
Our 20×20 High Peak Frame Tent comes with up to 3 full days of rental:
- Thursday: We install the tent.
- Friday: The tent is fully yours giving you a full day to start setting up decorations, seating, catering stations, rehearsal dinners, etc.
- Saturday: Your main event day. Enjoy a beautifully installed, spacious tent ready for your guests.
- Sunday: Enjoy another day or take your time cleaning up.
- Monday: We will return to take down the tent.
This is a sample schedule for a typical rental. You may select any 3 days of the week that best suit your event. If you require the tent for additional days, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee — please call us to discuss your needs.
🌱 Installation on Grass
Tent stakes are 42” long and will be inserted approximately 38” into the ground.
You must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before your event. Failure to do so will make you liable for any utility damage, as noted in the rental agreement.
⚠️ If we are prohibited from using tent stakes (due to underground lines, irrigation, etc.), you will be required to rent concrete weights. Please select this option below if needed.
🧱 Installation on Concrete or Asphalt
Tents set up on hard surfaces where stakes cannot be used will require concrete tent weights.

⚙️ Tent Set-Up Logistics
We typically set up your tent 1-4 days before your event. In some cases, setup may occur on the day of the event.
Weather conditions play a major role in our scheduling. We adjust our plans daily to ensure a safe and successful installation — this flexibility does not affect your quoted price.
📐 Tent Site Requirements
- A 40’ x 40’ level, obstacle-free space is required for setup.
- Let us know in advance about accessibility, including where we can park and whether there are hills or steps to the site, as we use carts and hand trucks for transport.
⚠️ MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED
If we're driving tent stakes into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week prior to installation. This free service protects underground utilities and ensures a safe setup.
