Delivery & Pickup Information
đźšš Standard Delivery & Pickup
Our standard curbside delivery and pickup fee is $400 total, covering both delivery to your location and pickup after your event, regardless of the size of your order. All deliveries are curbside—items are unloaded from our truck using dollies onto solid surfaces such as driveways or patios. Customer pickups are not available.
đź’Ş Carried / Custom Delivery
If your rental items need to be carried beyond curbside—for example across grass, stairs, long distances, elevators, around the back of the house, or inside your home—this is considered a custom delivery. Please contact us before booking by phone, text, or email, and you can even send photos showing where items should go.
We will provide an accurate quote based on your order size and the effort required. The $400 curbside fee does not cover additional labor for carried deliveries.
🏠Presence & Access
Depending on your home and setup, you may or may not need to be present for delivery or pickup. If you won’t be available, we can leave your items in a secure location with prior instructions. Some options include:
- Garage or carport – items can be safely left inside if access is provided.
- Covered porch or deck – protects items from sun or rain.
- Shed or outbuilding – a secure building works if it’s driveway-accessible.
- Neighbor – if a neighbor can securely let us in or provide a covered space (like a garage or carport), we can leave items there.
Please let us know your preferred location before your event so we can coordinate a safe and smooth delivery.
⏰ Delivery & Pickup Window
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. A few days to a week before your event, we will contact you to confirm:
- A 2-hour delivery window (prior to your event)
- A 2-hour pickup window (after your event)
⛺ Tent Rentals
If your order includes a tent, installation may occur 1 to 6 days before your event, depending on scheduling and weather. All other items—tables, chairs, linens, concessions, and games—will be delivered either when the tent is installed or on the morning of your event.
