The delivery fee remains the same, regardless of the size of your order. For example, whether you rent 10 chairs or a combination of items like a tent, table, and chairs, the delivery fee will still remain $1,000
Delivery & Pickup Window
Each order will be delivered and picked up within a Three-hour window. We will reach out several days before your event to confirm the best time slot for delivery. For example, you may receive a window such as 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
If you need exact time delivery, you can select this option below for an additional fee of $175.
Tent Rentals & Deliveries:
When renting a tent from us, please note that we may install the tent several days before your event to ensure everything is set up properly. We will return the remaining items on the day of your event. Alternatively, depending on weather conditions, we may deliver everything on the morning of your event. We closely monitor the forecast and make day-by-day decisions on the best time for setup to ensure safety and quality.
You do not need to be present for tent installation, but we ask that you mark the area clearly using cones, line flags, or any visible markers to help us identify the setup location.
