📅 Scheduling & Delivery

Two full rental days included – You choose the days!
We deliver and set up 1-3 days before your event, and pick up the day after your event.

E.g., for a Saturday/Sunday event, we install Wednesday-Friday and pick up Monday

📌 Important Info & Setup Requirements:

Tent footprint needed: 40' × 60’ of level, cleared space
Installation on grass: 42" stakes used — YOU MUST CONTACT Miss Utility (Call 811 or visit missutility.net) before setup
(Failure to do so will result in customer liability for underground utility damage) THIS IS A FREE SERVICE.
Installation on asphalt/concrete: Stakes cannot be used. Concrete tent weights are required – please select this option at checkout
We may adjust setup/removal based on weather conditions to ensure safety and success
