Planning a weekend gathering during the cooler fall months? This package is perfect for birthdays, reunions, backyard weddings, or any chilly-weather celebration where comfort and style matter.

  • One L.B. White Premier 80 Tent Heater (80,000 BTU) with one single 40 lb propane tank (including 200 foot extension cord)
    (Upgrade available to (2) 40 lb propane tanks in a dual tank setup)
  • Sidewalls on all 4 sides – Your choice of cathedral window or solid panels (no extra charge)

  • 8 × 60" Round Tables + Black or White 120" Linens

❄️ How Much Warmth Can You Expect?

The included Premier 80 heater is ideal for tents from 20x20 up to 20x40 in mild to moderately cold weather. For larger tents (like 20x60) or freezing conditions, we recommend adding a second heater.

Sidewalls are required to retain heat — included in this bundle for full enclosure.

📅 Scheduling & Delivery

  • Two full rental days included – You choose the days!
  • We deliver and set up the day before, and pick up the day after
    E.g., for a Saturday/Sunday event, we install Friday and pick up Monday

📌 Important Info & Setup Requirements:

  • Tent footprint needed: 40' × 60’ of level, cleared space
  • Installation on grass: 42" stakes used — YOU MUST CONTACT Miss Utility (Call 811 or visit missutility.net) before setup
    (Failure to do so will result in customer liability for underground utility damage) THIS IS A FREE SERVICE. 
  • Installation on asphalt/concrete: Stakes cannot be used. Concrete tent weights are required – please select this option at checkout
  • We may adjust setup/removal based on weather conditions to ensure safety and success

🔥 Choose the Right Propane Tank

This package includes one 40 lb propane tank, which is ideal for most fall and cold-weather events.
We offer two heating options: a single 40 lb tank or a dual-tank setup (two 40 lb tanks). The number of tanks you need depends on your event’s duration and the expected weather conditions.

40 lb Propane Tank

  • Approx. 8.5 hours continuous runtime at full output
  • Approx. 9–12 hours runtime with thermostat cycling
  • Ideal for most events, including cooler evenings and overnight use

Need extended heating time?
Looking to upgrade your package for longer heat coverage? A dual-tank setup with two 40 lb propane tanks is available for an additional cost — typically around $60 extra.
