Grass mowing for Events
If you’re hosting an event and are concerned about lawn care, we’re here to ensure your event goes smoothly, without the worry of unkempt grass.
We offer a lawn mowing service exclusively to customers who rent tents from us. This service is available only within zones 1-4. Please visit our “Delivery & Pick-up” tab to determine your delivery zone.
We typically mow the area 1-3 days before your event, depending on weather conditions, which we closely monitor. Our service includes mowing with a commercial-grade zero-turn mower, and we extend the mowing area at least 100 feet beyond the tent or whatever areas your guests will be mingling, such as parking and walking to the designated tent area. Please note, we do not bag the grass clippings; however, we take care to keep your space clean by using the mower’s side chute to blow clippings away from the tent area. We always make multiple passes to ensure every blade of grass is cut.
Please note, we are not a landscaping company and offer this service exclusively to customers who rent tents within delivery zones 1-4. Unfortunately, if you are outside these zones, we will be unable to accommodate this service.

We are a delivery-only company — all orders must include a delivery fee.
After selecting your tent and any add-ons (like our lawn mowing service), please visit our [Delivery & Pick-Up page] to choose the correct zone for your event location. Be sure to add the appropriate delivery zone fee to your cart before checking out.
🚫 No Pickups Available
We do not offer customer pickups — all rentals are delivered and picked up by our team.

Good news — you don’t need to add an extra delivery fee. If you're renting a tent (which requires delivery), and choose our optional grass mowing service, you're already covered because you don’t need to pay twice.
