The delivery fee remains the same, regardless of the size of your order. For example, whether you rent 10 chairs or a combination of items like a tent, table, and chairs, the delivery fee will still remain $600.
Delivery & Pickup Window
Each order will be delivered and picked up within a Three-hour window. We will reach out several days before your event to confirm the best time slot for delivery. For example, you may receive a window such as 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
If you need exact time delivery, you can select this option below for an additional fee of $125.
Tent Rentals and Deliveries:
When renting a tent from us, please note that we may set up the tent several days before your event to ensure everything is properly installed. We will deliver the remaining items you rented either on the day of the event or when the tent is installed. Depending on weather conditions, we may deliver everything on the morning of the event. We closely monitor the forecast and make day-to-day decisions to ensure the best setup time for safety and quality.
You do not need to be present for tent installation, but we ask that you mark the area clearly using cones, line flags, or any visible markers to help us identify the setup location.
