Every order must include a delivery fee — we do not offer customer pickups.

Delivery Fee Structure
We offer two types of delivery options:

1. Standard Delivery Fee
   This applies to all orders that do not include a tent. 
   
   
2. Tent Delivery Fee
   This applies to any orders that include a tent. 
   (Tent rentals require more setup time, extra staffing, and additional trips)

⏰ Delivery & Pickup Windows

We’ll contact you several days prior to your event to schedule a 1-hour window for both delivery and pickup (e.g., 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM). 

If you need a guaranteed exact time, you can select that option during checkout for an additional fee.

⛺ Tent Rentals

If you’re renting a tent:

• We may install the tent 1–6 days before your event, depending on weather and scheduling.
• All other items (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) will be delivered either when the tent is installed or the morning of your event.
