You can schedule your event online any time of the year — this large, elegant tent is ideal for weddings, banquets, festivals, graduation ceremonies, corporate events, and more.

Included Services

• Set-up and Take-down: Our professional crew handles the full installation and removal, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
• Multi-Day Rental: Use the tent and everything else that you rent from us for up to 2 full days — perfect for weekend-long events!

Installation on Grass

We use 42” tent stakes, driven approximately 38” into the ground for a secure hold.
You are required to contact MISS UTILITY at least one week prior to your event. This free service marks underground utilities to avoid accidental damage. If this is not completed, you will be held responsible for any resulting utility damage, as stated in your rental agreement.

⚠️ If tent stakes cannot be used due to underground utilities or restrictions, you must rent concrete tent weights. Please select this option when booking.

Installation on Concrete or Asphalt

For hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.), tent stakes cannot be used. In these cases, concrete tent weights are required to properly secure the tent.

Tent Set-Up Logistics

Tent installation typically occurs 1 to 3 days prior to your event, but we may also install on the event day when necessary.
Weather plays a critical role in our scheduling. We plan set-ups and takedowns around changing conditions to ensure safety and success — this flexibility does not change your quoted price.

Tent Site Requirements

• A level, obstacle-free 50’ x 80’ space is required for installation.
• Please inform us where our box truck or van can park relative to the setup area.
• Let us know in advance if there are hills, slopes, or steps between our parking location and the tent site, as we use carts and hand trucks to transport all components.

⚠️ MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED

If your tent installation involves staking into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before installation.
This is a free service available in Maryland to mark underground utility lines.
Visit www.missutility.net or call 811 to schedule your inspection.

💬 If MISS UTILITY is not contacted and utility damage occurs, you are responsible. A waiver will be provided after booking.
