Installation on Grass

This tent is secured with 42” heavy-duty tent stakes, driven approximately 38” into the ground.
You must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before your event. This free Maryland service ensures underground utilities are properly marked. If this step is skipped and damage occurs, you’ll be held liable as outlined in your rental contract.

⚠️ If we are unable to use tent stakes due to underground utilities or surface restrictions, you must select concrete weights as your anchoring method below.

Installation on Concrete or Asphalt

For installations on hard surfaces where stakes are not permitted (e.g., concrete, asphalt), concrete tent weights are required to anchor the tent safely.

Tent Set-Up Logistics

We typically install tents 1–3 days prior to your event, depending on weather and availability. In some cases, setup may occur the day of the event.
Weather conditions directly impact our scheduling. We make day-to-day adjustments to prioritize safety and tent performance. This flexibility does not affect the rental price you’ve been quoted.

Tent Site Requirements

  • A clear, level 50’ x 60’ area is required to safely install this tent.
  • Please let us know where our box truck or van can park in relation to the setup area.
  • Notify us of any steps, slopes, or hills on the path to the setup site — we use carts and hand trucks to transport all tent components.

⚠️ MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED

If tent stakes will be driven into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY no later than one week before your event.
This is a free service provided to Maryland residents.

💬 Failure to schedule this inspection may result in utility damage, for which you will be held responsible. A waiver will be sent upon booking.
