💡 Long Weekend Advantage

Our 20×60 High Peak Frame Tent comes with up to 3 full days of rental:

• Thursday: We install the tent.
• Friday: The tent is fully yours giving you a full day to start setting up decorations, seating, catering stations, rehearsal dinners, etc.
• Saturday: Your main event day. Enjoy a beautifully installed, spacious tent ready for your guests.
• Sunday: Enjoy another day or take your time cleaning up.
• Monday: We will return to take down the tent.

This is a sample schedule for a typical rental. You may select any 3 days of the week that best suit your event. If you require the tent for additional days, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee — please call us to discuss your needs.

🏗️  Tent Configuration

This 20x60 setup consists of three (3) 20x20 High Peak Frame Tents installed side-by-side and seamlessly connected with a professional gutter system that prevents rainwater from dripping between the tents, keeping the interior clean and dry. The gutter system is made from the same white vinyl as the tent tops and wraps neatly around the valance for a clean, cohesive appearance. Its subtle curved design directs water outward and away from the tent, maintaining both function and visual appeal.

These modular tents offer flexible configuration options to suit your space and vision — whether arranged in a straight line, an “L” shape, or spread out across different areas of your property. You can choose to have two tents side by side and the third placed elsewhere, set up all three separately, or combine them however you like. As long as they’re on the same property and we have clear access for delivery and installation, we’ll make it happen at no additional charge.

🌱  Installation on Grass

• Anchored using 42” steel tent stakes (driven approx. 38” into the ground)
• You must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week in advance to have underground lines marked
• If staking is not permitted due to utilities or irrigation lines, concrete weights are required

🧱  Installation on Concrete or Asphalt

• Tent stakes cannot be used on hard surfaces
• You’ll need to rent concrete weights to safely anchor the tent

⚙️  Tent Set-Up Logistics

Weather conditions play a critical role in our installation schedule. To ensure a safe and successful setup, plans are adjusted daily based on forecast conditions. As a result, your tent may be installed several days prior to your scheduled event date.

Because we manage multiple installations and removals each week, scheduling is carefully coordinated to align with both weather conditions and overall logistics.

📐  Tent Site Requirements

• A level 40' x 80' area free of obstacles is required for a standard 20x60 setup.
• Please ensure at least 10 feet of clearance on all sides to accommodate tent jacks, tent staking and our setup crew

🚚 Site Access Details
Please let us know where we can park our truck or van relative to the tent location. If there are any hills, steps, or narrow access points, be sure to mention that in advance — our crew uses carts and hand trucks to transport equipment.

⚠️  MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED

If we’re driving stakes into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY at least one week before your event.

💬 Failure to do so — or improperly marked areas — may result in damage fees as outlined in your rental agreement. A waiver will be emailed after booking.

🚚  Delivery Fee Required

The rental price does not include the delivery fee.
