Included Services

  • Set-up and Take-down: We handle all the heavy lifting, so you can focus on your event.
  • Multi-Day Rental: Keep the tent and everything else you rent from us for up to 2 full days — great for weekend celebrations!

Installation on Grass

Tent stakes are 42” long and will be driven approximately 38” into the ground.
You are responsible for contacting MISS UTILITY at least one week before your event. This is required by law. Failure to do so will make you liable for any damage to underground utilities, as outlined in your rental agreement.

⚠️ If we are not permitted to use stakes due to underground systems (e.g., gas lines, irrigation), concrete tent weights are required. Please select this option below if needed.

Installation on Concrete or Asphalt

If your tent is being set up on a hard surface where we cannot use tent stakes, concrete tent weights must be rented.

Tent Set-Up Logistics

We typically schedule tent installation 1–3 days before your event. In some cases, we may arrive on the event day itself.
Weather conditions play a key role in our scheduling, and we adjust day-by-day to ensure a safe, successful installation. This flexibility does not affect your quoted price.

Tent Site Requirements

  • A 40’ x 50’ level, obstacle-free space is required for this tent.
  • Please provide clear access details — including where our van or box truck can park in relation to the setup area.
  • If there are hills or steps, let us know in advance — we use carts and hand trucks to move all equipment (poles, tent top, jacks, etc.).

⚠️ MISS UTILITY IS REQUIRED

If we’re driving stakes into the ground, you must contact MISS UTILITY no less than one week before your event.
This free service helps identify underground utility lines. You are responsible for scheduling this service and for any damages that occur if it is not done.
