Perfect for celebrations, gatherings, and events with family and friends, this package offers plenty of options for a memorable time.

Included in this package:

Tent installed using tent stakes:

• 20x60 High Peak Frame Tent with lighting and a dimmer switch installed for total control over your lighting needs.

Tables:

• 10 Round Banquet Tables (60") with your choice of White or Black Linens (120" round diameter linen).
• 2 Eight Foot Banquet Tables with your choice of White or Black Linens (90”x156” linen).

Seating:

• 80 chairs:   Choose between White Fan-Back, Black, Brown, or Gray.

Entertainment:

• Harbinger V3412 12” premium Bluetooth Speaker with Stand to set the perfect mood for your event. Includes a 100-foot heavy-duty extension cord.
• Cornhole Game for casual outdoor fun.
• Badminton Game for an active, outdoor experience.
• Giant Jenja Game great for kids and adults as well.
• Giant Connect Four Game kids love this game!
• Kan-Jam frisbee game
• 150 Quart Cooler
• Two 32 gallon Rubbermaid Brute trash can - grey - with 2 heavy duty trash can liners and lid.

Everything will be set up and in place. Linens will be individually wrapped in plastic and each one placed upon the table it will cover. You will place the linens on yourself at the beginning of your event. Games will be left in their transport bags and placed on the 8’ banquet tables. 

**Round tables can seat up to 8 people each. For some events, 6 people per table may be preferred, depending on the dining style or the nature of the event. Outdoor summer events may prefer 6 people per table to allow for better airflow. On cooler or quieter evenings, a tighter arrangement may be preferred for a more intimate conversation.

Important Notes:

• After completing your order online, we will contact you via email to confirm your chair color and linen color preferences for the tables.

To avoid any additional fees, please ensure the following before we return to collect the items in this package:

• Clear all dishware and other items from the tables.
• Empty the trash can of any contents.
• Drain and empty the cooler.
• Return the games and their pieces to the package, arranged as they were delivered.

INSTALLING ON GRASS:

Tent stakes are 42” long and will be inserted into the ground approximately 38”. You must have contacted MISS UTILITY prior to our arrival. If you fail to do so, you will ultimately be responsible for any utilities damaged as noted in the contract you will be required to sign. 

***** If we are prohibited from using tent stakes to secure the tent, then you will be required to rent concrete tent weights. Please make the appropriate selection below.

INSTALLING ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT: 

Tents set up on concrete, asphalt, or any hard surface where we are unable to use tent stakes will require you to rent concrete weights. Please make the appropriate selection below.

Tent Set-Up Logistics:

We will usually come several days before your event and set-up the tent. We may come to set-up the tent the day of your event as well. Weather conditions are constantly a concern, so we set-up and take-down tents based off of weather conditions. This does not affect the price you were quoted. We want to make sure your event goes as planned, so we make scheduling adjustments day by day based off of the weather conditions. 

Tent Set-Up Requirements:

40’ x 80’ of space is required for setup of a 20’ x 60’ tent. 
Area must be level and cleared of obstacles. Access to the setup site is important so please let us know where we can park our van/box truck in relation to the tent setup location. We need to know if there are hills or steps to the tent set-up site as we use carts and hand trucks to transport the poles, tent tops, tent jacks and other tools.

YOU MUST CONTACT MISS UTILITY PRIOR TO TENT INSTALLATION IF WE ARE DRIVING TENT STAKES INTO THE GROUND. This is your responsibility and you will ultimately be responsible if any underground utilities are damaged during the tent installation. A waiver will be sent to you when you book a tent set-up.
