These are real wood tables and must be kept under cover and protected from rain or standing water. While light outdoor moisture usually isn’t an issue, prolonged exposure or water pooling can cause warping or staining.

If used outdoors, wood tables must be placed under a tent, canopy, or covered structure. Damage caused by water exposure may result in additional fees.

Plastic Banquet Tables

Our plastic banquet tables are professional event-grade tables designed for strength, durability, and outdoor versatility.

We use a professional model called the ZOWN XL240 Folding Table, a trusted table used by high-end commercial event rental companies. The manufacturer calls the color of this table, Shark Grey.

Curbside Delivery (Standard Service)

Tables are delivered with legs folded and stacked for easy transport and storage.

• Delivered to a convenient ground-level location such as a garage, driveway, carport, or covered porch
• Tables will be stacked or leaned neatly in one location

✅ You are responsible for setting up and folding/restacking the tables as they were delivered
✅ Wood tables must remain protected from rain and standing water

Setup or Special Placement Requests

If you would like the tables placed at a specific location or set up in a layout, additional labor fees may apply depending on:

• Distance from the delivery point
• Stairs or elevation changes
• Indoor hallways or multiple rooms
• Terrain such as gravel, grass, or uneven ground
