Our 15x30 High Peak Frame Tent comes with up to 3 full days of rental:

Thursday: Tent installation.
Friday: The tent is fully yours — a full day to arrange decorations, seating, catering stations, rehearsal dinners, and more.
Saturday: Main event day. Enjoy a beautifully installed, spacious tent ready for your guests.
Sunday: Extra day for relaxation or cleanup at your convenience.
Monday: Tent takedown.

This is a sample schedule for a typical rental. You may select any 3 days of the week that best suit your event. If you require the tent for additional days, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee — please call us to discuss your needs.

🌱 Grass Installation (Most Common for Backyard Events)

36” stakes are driven approximately 33” into the ground for proper anchoring.
You are required by law to contact MISS UTILITY (811) at least one week prior to installation.
This free service marks underground utilities and protects you from liability.

If MISS UTILITY cannot clear the area due to underground systems (gas, irrigation, septic, etc.), concrete weights are required.

🧱 Concrete or Asphalt Installation

If your tent is being installed on:

Driveways
Patios
Parking lots
Wood deck or platform
Concrete or Asphalt

Concrete tent weights are required in place of stakes.

📐 Space Requirements

To safely install a 15x15 high peak tent, we require:

Minimum 25’ x 25’ level space
Please ensure at least 10 feet of clearance on all sides to accommodate tent jacks, tent stakes and our setup crew

⚙️ Tent Set-Up Logistics

Tents are typically installed 1 to 4 days prior to the first day of your three day rental (weather and schedule permitting)
Weather conditions are monitored daily and may affect scheduling — your quoted price remains unchanged
