Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process.
Start by browsing our extensive inventory of party rental items, including tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and more. Once you’ve selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and then go to the “Delivery & Pick-up” page. Select the area you want your items to be delivered to and add the delivery area to your cart. Now you are ready to check out.
Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. After your event, simply put all the items back to how they were delivered to you. We will return to retrieve all the rental items when your event is over.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements.

Service Area Information
We are proudly located in Baltimore County, Maryland, and offer delivery services that range inside and outside our primary area. Our delivery fees are determined based on both the distance and time from our primary location. For detailed pricing information, please visit the "Delivery & Pick-Up" section of our website.
Please note that if your location falls outside our service area, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate your request. Currently, our maximum delivery radius extends to approximately three hours from our Baltimore County base.

Yes, rentals need to be wiped before we return to pick-up your order. To avoid additional cleaning charges items must be clear of any obvious stains, debris, oil, dirt, etc..
Rentals that are visibly dirty or dusty are subject to a cleaning fee that starts at minimum of $50.00 and additional charges for time and chemicals needed to do any deep cleaning on items that are very dirty.
The payment will be taken off of your credit card that you initially paid with.
However, you do not need to wash our tablecloths as this may set a stain and do more bad than good. -
Special Event Rentals is owned and operated by Anthony DeWeese. A resident of Parkton, Maryland since 2012. Anthony will be involved in every event that Special Event Rentals facilitates.
